All packages must be fully paid in advance, with a discount applied to the standard session rate.
All online purchases include a non-refundable credit card processing fee as an additional cost.
The cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all packages.
Counselling package sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase; any unused sessions will expire after this period.
Prices are fixed for the package duration only.

Refunds

Please note that there are NO refunds for services already delivered.
Cancellations made according to our policy will be refunded (minus the credit card processing fee) and may take up to 7 working days to process.
Refunds for counselling packages will ONLY apply to unused sessions and are subject to the cancellation/reschedule policy.
Refunds for unused package sessions will incur a 10% administration fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Requests for refunds on unused package sessions must be submitted in writing to Jicinta Elliott at Counselling For Her at least 7 days before the next scheduled session, including reasons for the request.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds on packages will NOT be given for a change of mind.

1. Information or advice offered by Counselling For Her is not intended to replace your doctor or healthcare provider’s consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. You should not treat any advice or information we provide as a replacement for the medical guidance of your doctor or healthcare provider.

3. Counselling For Her explicitly disclaims any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or liability incurred by you or any third party as a result of relying on the information or guidance we offer.

4. If you have particular questions or concerns regarding a medical matter, please contact your doctor or healthcare provider promptly.

5. If you suspect that you may have a medical condition, you should seek immediate medical attention from a healthcare provider.

6. We strongly advise against delaying medical advice, disregarding medical recommendations, or discontinuing treatment based on the information or guidance we provide.

7. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that may not be restricted or excluded by applicable law.

How Our Counsellors and Practitioners Operate

Please note: all counsellors and practitioners who provide services as part of the Counselling For Her team are independent sole practitioners, each with their own business ABNs and insurance coverage. Your practitioner is responsible for holding your confidential client case notes, which will stay with them regardless of whether they continue with Counselling For Her or end their contract with us. Counselling For Her and Jicinta Elliott hold no liability for practitioner conduct or for the handling of case notes.
