When making a booking, we will confirm available session times. Once a suitable time is scheduled, we will forward an SMS with a booking confirmation link.

Ongoing sessions can be arranged directly with your counsellor or booked online at your convenience. 

Payment is required at time of booking & a GP referral is not required as medicare does not rebate counselling by Registered Counsellors in Australia.

It is easy to cancel or change the date and time of your bookings without incurring a fee, providing at least 48 hrs notice is given by phoning our Practice.

The 48 hrs policy supports fair and reasonable time for us to reach out to other clients to try and fill the available session.If there is less than 48 hrs notice of a session cancellation, change, or non-attendance, the full rate applies.
