Meet with a senior counsellor for 60-minutes. Initial counselling session: A compassionate assessment to understand your needs, explore concerns, and create a personalised plan for support and growth.
Meet with a senior counsellor for 60-minutes. Initial assessment consultation for child/teen and parent: The young person is the focus, and time is allocated for both to discuss the child's concerns, understand their needs, and develop a tailored support plan to help them move forward effectively.
Meet with a senior counsellor for 60-minutes. An initial two-person family counselling session offering a safe space to address concerns, enhance communication, and strengthen the relationship with professional guidance.
Available to clients who have already attended an initial consultation for the type of counselling they require.
Meet with a senior counsellor for 50-minutes. An individual counselling session to discuss any ongoing concerns, strategies, wellbeing and goals.
Meet with a senior counsellor for 60-minutes. An individual counselling session to discuss any ongoing concerns, strategies and wellbeing goals. 10 minutes of each session is allocated to parents to touch base and share any ongoing concerns.
Meet with a senior counsellor for 60-minutes. A two-person counselling session to address ongoing concerns, develop strategies, and set wellbeing goals to strengthen and improve the relationship.

Ongoing sessions can be arranged directly at the end of your session or booked online at your convenience.
To arrange a time for dedicated support around your health and wellbeing, payment is required at the time of booking. This confirms your session and allows that space to be held just for you.
If payment is not received, the session will not be confirmed and the time may be offered to someone else in need of support.

We welcome GP referrals, however it's okay if you don't have one.

It is easy to cancel or change the date and time of your booking without charge by providing at least 48 hrs' notice.
The 48-hour policy supports fair and reasonable time for us to reach out to other clients to try and fill the available session. If there is less than 48 hrs notice of a session cancellation, change, or non-attendance, for any reason the full rate applies.
