When making a booking, I will confirm available session times. Once a suitable time is scheduled, you will receive an SMS with your booking confirmation.
Ongoing sessions can be arranged directly at the end of your session or booked online at your convenience.
Payment is required at time of booking.
We welcome GP referrals, however it's okay if you don't have one as medicare does not rebate counselling by Registered Counsellors in Australia.
It is easy to cancel or change the date and time of your bookings by providing at least 24 hrs' notice - text, phone or email your name and the details of what you would like to change.
The 24-hour policy supports fair and reasonable time for us to reach out to other clients to try and fill the available session. If there is less than 24 hrs notice of a session cancellation, change, or non-attendance, the full rate applies.
